Combined Endsheets Demo at On-Demand Conference

Last week marked the 2010 On Demand Conference and Expo and the 3rd year LBS has partnered with equipment manufacturers at On Demand and similar events to demo the Combined Endsheet and Universal Endsheet running on pefect binders. This year we partnered with Standard Horizon and Bourg.

The Combined Endsheet was definently the star of our product demonstrations. It's a proven favorite for Photo Books, Yearbooks, and other on-demand books that are manufactured to consistant thicknesses. The reason for its popularity is that it allows the book manufacturer to attach folded endsheets AND reinforcing cloth to the bookblock during the binding process. The Combined Endsheet is simply loaded into the perfect binder's cover feeder in place of a paper cover. The final result is a reinforced bookblock ready for casing in.
